Terms of use

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms explain the rules for using Math Magic Land (mathmagicland.com), including the lessons, videos, practice sheets, Learning Tools and the Teacher toolkit. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Free with an account

Everything on Math Magic Land is free at the moment. Some pages are open to everyone; the lessons, videos, practice sheets and Learning Tools need a free account. We may offer paid plans or extra paid features in the future. If we do, we will say so clearly before anything costs money, and nothing you already use will start to cost money without telling you first.

2. Your account

• Please give true information when you create your account and keep it up to date on your profile page.
• Each account is for one person. Keep your password private and do not share your account; a class can use the tools on the teacher's screen.
• Learners may have an account only with the agreement of a parent or guardian. Teachers and parents are responsible for how children use the site.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and use "Sign out on all devices" on your profile page.

3. How you may use the content

Members may use the lessons, videos, tools and practice sheets for learning and teaching at home and in class. Teachers may show them to their own classes and print the practice sheets for their own learners or their own children. Printed sheets show the member's name and email.

4. What you may not do

• Copy, download, record, sell, upload or republish our videos, lessons, worksheets or tools, or present them as your own.
• Share printed or saved sheets publicly, for example online or in shared drives for other schools.
• Remove the Math Magic Land name, logo or the printed name line from any material.
• Try to get around the sign-in, the members' protection, or the copy protection on the site.
• Use the site in a way that harms it or other users, for example by sending automated requests or harmful code.

5. Content and ownership

All Math Magic Land content, including lessons, videos, worksheets, tools, characters such as Mago, designs and the logo, belongs to Math Magic Land and is protected by copyright.

6. Teacher toolkit and Google

Do not type sensitive personal information about learners into the tools; a first name or a number is enough. Google sign-in and the optional calendar connection use Google services, which also follow Google's own terms. You can disconnect your calendar at any time.

7. Your data and privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy policy. Information you type into the tools stays in your browser.

8. Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, such as Google, Facebook or Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

9. No guarantee and our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site accurate, safe and available, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. The site supports learning and teaching but does not replace the judgement of teachers and parents. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by using the site, for example if a reminder or timer does not work.

10. Ending use

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time on your profile page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example if it is shared or the content is copied.

11. Changes

We may update the site and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
